The location is excellent, very close to the bus transport station, right in front of the entrance gate to Huangshan. The staff provide excellent service —truly attentive and thoughtful. Gloves and climbing stick are available without additional charge, very helpful for your journey on mountain. แนะนำครับ recommended!

The owners at Cloudy Warm Hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond with their level of service. We planned on visiting the Huangshan mountains and they had kindly offered to drive us up to the shuttle bus station, after a delicious homemade breakfast! The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a very cosy duvet! The location of the hotel was just what we needed and even had a stroll through the local town for some evening meals. We would highly recommend Cloudy Warm hotel, and both Mr & Mrs Yan. This is a lovely hotel and couldn’t have asked for anymore!

The location was excellent to access Huangshan. The Huangshan ticketing office and the long distance coach ticketing office are just within 5mins walk away. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They customised breakfast to our likings. Highly recommended for people who are doing a day trip to Huangshan.

We like the industrial retro decor of the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, picking us up at the nearby local bus station and helping us to book shuttle service for the Husngsan Bei train station. They recommended the various routes to hike at the Yellow Mountain, local restaurants and places to visit. (Emerald Valley). I love the coffee served. ( best coffee in China on this trip). Rooms were clean and comfortable with mimalistic decor.

Beautifull room and comfortable beds. Bed was very clean however the room itself was very dusty. Cm dust on goods in the room is a no go. Very helpfull statf. Go to the emerald valley , it is around the corner and you can walk. The 'village' itsself has nothing to offer. They are constructing a lot so maybe its different in a couple of years. Yellow mountain is beautifull. Take the cable car up and walk down. We did it in 1.5 hr . Only stairs so be assure of muscle.ache in the calf haha. Dont let the villa arrange a massage. We did and we got a.realy bad one. I am a massage therapist myself.and i know.what i am talking about and it had nothing to do with the cultural differance . I stopped the massage....so bad
