Hotel is nice, clean & looks quite modern but a bit outdated. But nevertheless it's a franchise, majority of stuff doesn't speak English at all, including a room service & in room dining.

It was a no smoking floor however there were cigarettes were seen on top of the trash can on the 8th floor near the elevator and you could smell that someone had been smoking. Very disappointing.
