Too many things to list. I gave a copy of all the mistakes that the staff made and the extremely poor condition of the linens and towels etc. Toilet broken, wrong room service order and numerous problems with communication. This is barely a 2 star property. Until they hire competent staff it will only get worse. English speaking at the front desk would go a long ways to begin.

An outdoor swimming pool and salsa lessons can be enjoyed in Cali, a 10-minute walk from the historical district. Wi-Fi is free and Chipichape Shopping Center is a 15-minute drive.
