The property is beautiful- amazing view, easy to navigate, lots of wildlife. Close to town but without any of the noise, it is secluded and peaceful. The owners are very friendly and take care to be responsive and helpful. Their homemade breakfast is delicious.

Mark, Anabel, and Auxi were wonderful. I was very grateful Auxi was there to make us meals. We had a simple ham and cheese sandwich & fries for lunch and steak, salad, fries + dessert for dinner. If you do not have a 4x4 car it makes it difficult to go up the hill to get to the bungalow so that is the only thing I would make sure you have before coming. But also because of that - we were extremely grateful to have Auxi make us meals and also that it was not a menu so we didn't have to think or choose what to eat, but just ate what was provided. Both Mark and Ana are very friendly and we loved their energy. The facilities were great. We loved the rain and quiet. The view was spectacular waking up. Nortico is very closeby for a nice small walk. So many friendly dogs around! Bonus - the water was a bit low pressure in the bungalow but loved that it got HOT.

The best 2 days of my week vacation in Costa Rica. If you go with the mindset of adventure, disconnection from internet, camping style you will have a blast. This is a team of guys that do everything for you. They drive you , they cook , by the way excellent typical food, they are your rafting and adventures guides , the photographer, they eat with you and tell you stories and history of the place , the fauna , and flora etc, The experience is amazing ! I loved almost everything: the nature, the organization, the crew, the attention to the details, the room, the property, the sustainability, the great taste in decoration, the full board, the activities menu, the isolation close to the river. One of my best hotel/stays in my life: it was the most exciting "check-in process" to arrive and leave from a boat doing rafting in a gorgeous place (Thanks Dani Flaco! & Luis for the pics and fun!). I also loved to have the option to shower before go to the airport and have lunch over a boat: all those details... I loved the canopy and the sympathy of Luis as the instructor Dave! The room was stunning. I'll remember this forever, for sure. I wish we could stay for many days, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and any other activities.
