Everything was perfect, best apartment during my 2 weeks in Costa Rica. Very clean, great location, complimentary coffee, pool. Owner Gonzalo is very friendly and welcoming, I cannot recommend more🙂

Perfect location on the edge of the busiest area, but any easy walk to everything. The rooms had a small patio that faced the ocean, where you could listen to the waves rolling in. The communal kitchen was a bonus.

I arrived early to a very friendly welcome from Alana, nothing ever seemed to phase her, she always had a smile and was patient with me, as I didn't get the knack of locking the door. The room was spacious with everything you could need and it felt safe. You could hear the waves crashing, geckos calling and I saw both racoons and an agouti along with many colourful birds in the car park The hotel is on a little side street away from the action so it's quiet and I actually felt safer walking down that road to the hotel than on the main road in the dark, when it, rained as it seemed to have better lighting. It was only a short walk to the centre no more than a 10 minute walk along the road or even a dawdle on beach during the day I'd definitely stay again, a big thanks to Alana and her Tio, who also made me feel at home

The Lodge is a magical place. We arrived at night and you could feel the sounds of nature all around you it was like staying immersed in the forest. The place is very close to the beach (Playa negra) and five minutes from Puerto Viejo where all the main restaurants and services are. It is the perfect spot. Absolutely recommend the place. The room was clean and super luminous. Also the pool was well kept. Louis was super helpful and kind.

This was by far the best hotel ive stayed at during my whole trip. It was beautiful, clean, quite, room (and bed) super big and the staff was super nice. Especially Luís and Andrés were amazing and helped me a lot! I would def recommend staying here!
