Clean and comfortable. Everything you would expect from a holiday inn. Location was very handy as close to the airport although the planes do wake you up at 5am as they are obviously very close by. Excellent shuttle service from the airport which you don't need to book in advance. Air conditioning unit in the bedroom was very noisy which was a shame but other than that the room was very nice.

On the outskirts of San José, just a 10 minutes' drive from Juan Santamaria International Airport, Wyndham San Jose Herradura offers 3 outdoor pools and a casino.

We stayed here only for one night as it was close to San Jose Airport. We wished that we had stayed longer. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. The bed was so comfy! The food in the restaurant is freshly cooked to order and tasted absolutely amazing. The staff were all wonderful and could not do enough for you. There are trails into the forest right on your doorstep! We will definitely come back here again!
