Loved staying here! The owners and the staff are all so kind! The place is full of nature. It's very relaxing, quiet but not boring. It's close to Parque Viva, where many concerts are held, so book it if you are going to one.

On our trip home we flew into domestic terminal a SJO. A family member who lives in Costa Rica called the Hotel twice to confirm that the shuttle would be there. However, we did have to wait over 40 minutes for the shuttle. Shuttle service was excellent at 4 am the following morning when we needed to go to Int'l terminal at SHO

Beautiful place, very pleasant aesthetically. Good food at the restaurant. Very well organised common areas. Clean and modern. There are no TV in the rooms but you can watch a movie in the lounge. Or play pool, chess, board games. *** It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. Also, our breakfast waiting time was ~30mins, bit too long.

We booked the day of for a last minute, night before early flight stay. The property was situated close to the airport, reasonably priced, and had staff there at all hours to help. They helped us situate a taxi, that was ready to go and waiting at 5am for our flight from SJO, and had some fruit waiting for us to take as well.
