Taking into account Covid19 related problems and restrictions, all the staff gives their best to keep hotel operation as good as possible (that is the main reason for my overall rating for this hotel) If you have something to do in Heredia City, this hotel has an excellent location. It is near many restaurants, 150m from a supermarket and a car rental site, 500m from Universidad Nacional, 700m from a small mall and a bank (where you can exchange US Dollars to Colones at good exchange rate - bring your passport).

Location was excellent, beautiful views, great staff. Close to many walks and forest areas. Bed was comfortable room was a good size, had a balcony with fireplace but the wood was damp so it didn't burn well. We had booked 3 nights left after 2 and the owner was very accommodating
