Good value at Beach Break Resort Oceanfront room. Good lunch special at the Japanese Restaraunt next to the bus station. Jaco by itself is a nice place for vacationing.
Jaco by itself is a nice place for vacationing. The beach is good and a lot of beaches nearby. Its proximity to Manuel Antonio and other places in the north are a big plus. Select your location carefully…some areas very noisy. Lots of dining options to choose from! Beach is walkable and smooth at water line, shade options closer to road although rocky and quite a bit of driftwood, so wear shoes. Lots of excursions to choose from. 2 large grocery stores that have everything you need including liquor and wine right in town centre. I don't really recommend Jacó.
I don't really recommend Jacó. Granted that I went on the low season, but it was an empty beach, even Herradura and Hermosa were not that nice, and the street with the stores and restaurants was not a nice walk.Guest review byVanessaSweden - Review score10.0
