The beach area is extremely touristic. Food prices were too high for the quality in the beach area, which is to be expected for high tourism. I didn't get a chance to explore other parts of the city due to the length of my trip, so I can't comment on the food in other neighborhoods. The extent of preserved nature and archeological sites along the beaches and neighborhoods was amazing. Travel was a little confusing. Taking the bus to and from the airport was simple, and cheap (2 euro one way!). However bus information was hard to figure out for traveling within the city. A lot to see, historic old parts, mosaics and tombs of the kings. Lovely little gifty, art and nic nack shops to look at, a lot of local artisan works, great for gifts. Also traditional touristy items. I loved exploring the different beaches that Paphos had to offer - Coral Bay Beach was probably my favourite. The churches are absolutely beautiful - I highly recommend Agion Anargyron which is stunning, St Nicholas' Church and the Holy Monastery of St Neophytos :) There are so many lovely restaurantsy, but I really enjoyed the food at Dias Zeus.Guest review byNinaUnited Kingdom - Review score8.0

Paphos was great - not too big, not too small. We visited in winter, when things seem to be going a bit slower and a lot of places are closed, but it's still interesting to see. Our first visit here. A car is needed to be able to see things, and we toured all over the Island. We had no planned agenda, and so enjoyed a variety of things, from the Zoo to a trip up to the top of Mt Olympus. Mostly we were there to relax and rest.Guest review byDavidIreland

We weren't all inclusive and the drinks / food were a reasonable price. Attentive and numerous staff who were always keen to provide a good service. Just a 20 minute walk from the main area in Pafos which was lovely and had some great historical sites to visit.
