The reasons I'm rating Giovanni Giacomo as excellent, are the value for money, the location and the staff. For the price you get a beautiful large room (mine was 13) with a great view on the huge villa's around the hotel. The bathroom is well-equipped, the bed is good, there is a desk with chair and power, a couch, table and two seats, a side table with coffee, tea and water boiler, a TV with internet browser. Ceilings are high and windows large, a rich feeling. The staff reserves your parking spot with a sign bearing your name, check in and out can be done as self-service and the staff is very helpful with the check out and invoice process. Breakfast is good. From the hotel you can make great walks through the best parts of town.

The stay was as expected.
The room and bathroom were clean and soaps were provided. The mattresses are on the soft side, but we slept well.
The owners are very friendly.
The breakfast was filling and for few crowns more you can add extra options. The dinner menu has many dishes.
For alergic people: be aware that there is a cat. He won't come close to you or won't jump on your legs, but it is there.

The smell of painted wood in the room was very strong.
The smell of the kitchen - it was coming up the stairs and after dinner my clothes were smelling.
The towels are a bit old and already have the horrible stink. It would be better to replace them.
Hotel Větruše is located between Mariánská skála and Střekov Castle at the top of the hill where the cable car leads, and offers views of the Elbe River.

Location is good and was not difficult to find. The staff was friendly. The rooms were modern and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Overall very good for an overnight stay
The Payer hotel is located in a charming quarter of the spa town of Teplice. It was built in late Classicist style and is the place where the famous Arctic explorer Julius Payer was born in 1841.

The location is perfect, with private parking, in the vicinity of the spa, restaurants and cafés and the city center. Also the train station is at a walking distance. On the corridor, there is a possibility to make coffee and tea.
