Location is excellent, we were there to ski and hotel is right across ski slope ! Room was nice reasonably clean and nice wooden beds and bedding. It was roasting hot and cosy. There is big ski and boot room downstairs to dry ski boots. Breakfast was lovely, continental and plenty. Very nice restaurant in hotel downstairs, lovely local beer and wine. Food was great and good value. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Mostly families with children so it was quiet at night. No drunk parties, very homely and civil.

The staff were friendly and efficient even when busy with restaurant guests, and there was bicycle parking in a locked courtyard. The rooms are good value for money, and the hotel is in a historic building directly on the old town square right next to the chateau. Breakfast is available in the restaurant (at the time of our stay from 08:15 to 09:45), and a breakfast of ham, eggs, and rolls was CZK 130.
