We arrived in the evening and found a bar with warm food and even beer from tap. Place is in nature which we liked very much. Wooden house we lived is new and very clean, conveniences outside close by. Host lady is very supportive and kind. All together was exceeded our expectations

Our experience was overshadowed by terrible customer service. When checking out there was a line at the reception so i asked if we could leave our keys and go (we had to make a train), instead of accepting what i consider a reasonable request the redhaired incredebly rude receptionist gave me a lecture about not cutting the line. I would understand if there was a checkout procedure but the procedure was this: leave The key. Like come on…. Well thanks to you we missed our train for absolutley no reason. If i could leave negative tips for you i would. Worst customer service i ever experienced. The hotel is also dirty, we constantly had bugs on our clothes. The Windows can open about 1cm and there is no aircondition which makes The airquality horrible. Dont stay here!
