The staff was going out of their way to make our stay memorable. The hotel is right next to a forest which was super nice for going running. I got attacked by some bees on one of my runs and they gave me some cut onion to put on the stings (which actually eased the pain! Good to know!). Very nice breakfast, you can pick between 5 individually made dishes and also have access a small buffet with fruit, bread rolls, condiments and a varying sweet dish (pancakes/muffins/cake/apfelstrudel). Tea/coffee/juices/milk as well. We were able to have dinner served right at the tables next to the pool, when we went swimming we could order drinks - inflatable toys for the pool were available next to the kids playing room, there's a playground with big trampoline... Especially if traveling with kids this is the place to go! They also accommodate horses in the stables, so when running/walking you see a lot of people with or on horses around :-) We didnt want to leave after the three nights were over. If we are going back in the same area we know where to stay!

A/C in the room was perfect on hot summer days, breakfast was fine, there was also a locked place where to put our bikes, parking place behind the hotel building was small but sufficient, the hotel is on bike routes and not far from to Kuneticka Hora

The second day staff went above and beyond to help with my questions (thanks), very friendly and proud of Pardubice! I had walked a lot the day I arrived, so I was glad to find a tub in the bathroom... it was a nice bonus.

Excellent location (old city center), all perfectly clean, helpful staff. Hotel feels very cozy and untraditional inside, because it's located in an old building. Breakfast fast very good and plentiful.
