We arived at 8pm then we found out our room wasn't clean yet we was ask to wait for the room at the restaurant us there was no lobby, we ordered few drinks and hot chocolate for children then room was ready after 40 minutes, we wore very tired us we travel long distance,room was small for family size with open sofa bed. At the morning I found out difficult to communicate in English with staff breakfast was good but not much choice few pestry, hot small buffet looks like run out of food a speciality egs, tost jams, juice coffe and tea there was no choice of diry free breakfast. We did enjoyed the view from high mountain fresh air and snow.

+ great location in the centre + friendly staff + nice breakfast + bathtub (jacuzzi style) - worn out room and other areas - squeaking bed in room 105 - morning chaos in the breakfast lounge - crooked TV, badly hidden cables, spots and stains on the walls - mirror on the door facing the toilet. why am I supposed to look at myself while "doing business"?

Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was super nice, I loved that the hotel is only from 5th floor so regardless where you are, you have a nice view. The breakfast was great too. And I love that this place is dog friendly. Also location is great - you’re just a short distance all from everything. Catch the tram 3 to Horni Hanychov to go on Ješted hike. Tram stop is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and will take you straight to bottom of hill. Amazing spot for hikers and nature lovers. Would def come back and stay here again if passing through Liberec.
