Petra was amazing and super friendly. They were kind enough to still prepare some food for us, even though we arrived about the time when the restaurant was closing. The room was very nice, beds super comfortable.
There is a ski slope right next to the house and they have plenty of activities around. Really liked the place, we will come back.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by managers George and Jana who made us feel right at home. They were so friendly and helpful and gave us good advice when we asked questions about what to do in the area. The staff on the front desk, in the breakfast room, at the bar, and the cleaning staff were all cheerful and pleasant.
The room was comfortable and although it didn't have air conditioning it did have a fan which helped circulate the air when it was hot during the night. The bed was very comfortable.
The breakfasts were tasty and offered a lot of variety.
