The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The chateau is nicely renovated and furnished in a very elegant classical style. We enjoyed the natural swimming lake very much.

    The castle and the labyrintaium are worth to visit.

    The castle and the labyrintaium are worth to visit. With kids (6y) it took us approximately 2,5 hours to visit all the labyrints and we stayed for a while in rope park as well. The garden is big. Ask at the information center or hotel reception for a plan of the park - you can complete tasks at each labyrinth and at the end get a surprise for your kid from the "flower fairy" :-) Piknik baskets available so also for families and couples to order in advance and enjoy nice lunch or snack at the park

    Chateau Loucen was fantastic. We spent our honeymoon in the Thurn-Taxis apartment, which is in the historical part of the chateau. The room is very regal and luxurious, the bathroom was particularly grand with a free-standing bath. It was clean and had everything you could need from a hotel room. The hotel has plenty to do, the restaurant is excellent, the whirlpool is very private and comfortable, and the grounds are filled with labyrinths and mazes.
