The welcome at reception on our arrival wasn't the most welcoming.
Breakfast was awful and felt like it was a school canteen atmosphere.
Had to pay for use of the sauna/gym/swim etc. As a hotel guest you would half expect those to be included.
Location of tram stop right outside is good though, not too much around though, a couple of supermarkets/bars. Lots of food places

The location is great. It’s not Old Town but with the metro and tram stops right outside, you can get everywhere you need to go in minutes. The breakfast was outstanding; fresh, high quality food. Homemade Bircher muesli, cooked to order omelettes, a huge selection of cereals, meats and cheeses… best breakfast I’ve had in Prague and this is my fourth visit to the city.
The rooms were secure, comfortable and well maintained with complimentary toiletries and thick fluffy towels. WiFi was great and smart tv connectivity was a real bonus for a non-Czech speaker.
The staff were very attentive and friendly in all my interactions with them.
I will definitely be coming back to stay here for my next visit to Prague.

The Czech capital is nothing short of magical, with Prague’s countless bridges, cathedrals, domes and castles reflected in the Vltava River. Thankfully the city escaped most of WWII’s destruction, leaving the rich history and fairytale façade of this Bohemian city intact.
Prague Castle is the largest ancient castle complex in the world and the St. Vitus Cathedral is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. The Cathedral’s lookout tower rewards those willing to climb 300 steps with the best view of the city.
Walking through the cobblestone streets of the Mala Strana district will bring you to the Charles Bridge. Prague’s beautiful 14th-century monument buzzes with musicians and local crafts sales. The Astronomical Clock, Tyn Church, and Storch building of Old Town compete for popularity with the neoclassical Estate Theatre and the Czech National Museum.
The cafes and restaurants of Wenceslas Square are great for people watching and the Franz Kafka house, the Old New Synagogue and Frank Gehry’s Dancing House are perfect for soaking up history.
Flights arriving at Prague Vaclav Havel International Airport will be in the city centre after a short subway ride. For historic hotels, cheap hostels or charming apartments head to Booking.com for nearly 700 accommodations in Prague.
Prague has so much history to explore. I bought a Hop on Hop off bus ticket which gave me a taste of what there is to see.
There are hundreds of bars and restaurants to try. Food and drink is reasonably priced.

Prague appeals to different types of visitor - both party people and those looking for some culture and history. Both are well catered for, though we were more of the latter. The buildings and history are excellent, with plenty to see and learn. We stayed for three days and could have easily used one or maybe two more days to do Prague justice. However, for a longer stay be prepared to go outside Prague. Or maybe join the party and use a few days to recover. :)

Fantastic city , amazing architecture . Great the city is controlling over exuberant visitors who may have labelled Prague as a shabby getaway for drunken stag/hen nights. Prague is a clean city with an iconic history which it should focus upon & maintain its high standards.

Public transport was very good with the Metro and Trams, very easy to get about and it is worth downloading the "pubtran" app to get about. Plenty to see but certain places do get a bit busy at times. Alcohol is cheaper than the uk but bear in mind you are expected to tip a minimum of 10% in bars and restaurants.

A hotel with kind of small rooms, in a quiet area of Prague. Very clean rooms, very, very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast is really good, wi-fi very good. Tram and bus are close, you can reach city center on foot, too, approx. 2 km. But you'd rather use public transportation, you have a lot to walk around, no use to get there already tired. Restaurants and markets in the area, way cheaper than those in the old town. Looking at the prices versus what the hotel offers, is one of the best places to stay in Prague.
Great location, in a quieter part but only 10mins walk from old town square which is perfect, tram links outside but everything is walkable. Hotel was quiet, staff very friendly and let me do late check out as I had a late flight on the last day. Room was cleaned daily which was nice. Room / hotel very clean, beds comfortable and have WiFi / Netflix available. Tea, coffee and water provided for free with a coffee machine, is a fridge + mini bar but chargeable.
Brilliant location - lovely pastry shop next door and just a few minutes walk from Old Town Square. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a free luggage storage room which was very useful, as it meant we could drop off our bags before check in and leave them at the hotel after we checked out. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Prague!
beautiful hotel, busy but not too busy - great breakfast selection and nice bar/restaurant - easy access to the old town square, very helpful staff and a few nice complimentary touches - and best of all they rearranged the booking several times due to the pandemic with no quibbles whatsoever.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to Prague’s Old Town Square, within walking distance. The area is lively, and it’s also conveniently near public transport and metro stations.
