The staff, especially Tomas, are friendly, accessible, and extremely accommodating. Their breakfast is one of the best European breakfast that I have had! There are so many fresh and delicious choices to choose from every morning. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the entire facility is clean. The location was perfect for our dogs and very close to the Austrian border. 100% recommend!

It was cold that weekend and seemed to be preseason. I was the only guest! The woman at the reception and the kind man in the breakfast room were very nice and helpful.
