The Hotel exceeded my expectations. The Staff were very accommodating and friendly and were more than happy to answer any of my questions throughout my stay. The Hotel itself was also very cosy and had a real fire going throughout the day that gave a nice feeling when coming back from skiing all day. The atmosphere downstairs in the restaurant and bar was also nice and had a genuine homely czech feeling.

The view was breathtaking. When we opened the curtains in our room we enjoyed every minute. I'm addition the host was really nice, she even though they didn't speak any English made an effort to communicate with Google translate. There were also very cool toys for children, like swings and a trampoline.
