We recently stayed at this hotel as a group and overall had a pleasant experience. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, we were not informed that the bowling alley was closed due to maintenance, which was disappointing.
Additionally, during our stay, a large portion of the hotel was reserved for a group of young German soccer players. This meant that certain areas were off-limits, and their noise levels at night were quite disruptive.
While I would recommend the hotel for its overall quality, the lack of communication regarding these issues left a negative impression.
