The room is more spacious than I expected for a small room. I was also surprised to see that the shower was normal sized an not tiny like in many hotels. The breakfast was also great. There was a cute dog at the reception when we were checking out.

A very clean and neat property. We were a family of 4 with 2 young children and the Maisonette Suite was very comfortable for us. There is an internal staircase to a loft for the main bed, there were baby gates at the top and bottom. Note the stairs are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The breakfast we had was fantastic! A great variety and very well presented. The grounds of the hotel has a little playground and plenty of space for kids to run around. This leads to a wonderful view of the lake and mountains were there is a jetty with a lovely deck you can sit on and swim from in the warmer months. Location wise it was a very short drive the ferry in Gstadt and also about 10 minutes from Prien. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

Very clean room above restaurant-marina based location so busy during the day and evening with people using the lake. Had a great meal there and a super breakfast. Room is over working kitchen so some early morning noise from deliveries etc but didn’t bother us -very smart rooms only been open few months-free parking with room and lovely staff.

Lovely place at the very edge of the lake. Two restaurants, both good, tasty food for breakfast as well. Saunas / spa area a bit overcrowded, especially during winter weekends. Friendly service. Not much to do locally (except boats, if in summer), but with a car lots of locations are reachable.
