Good location for our concert venue, the manager was very helpful and the two ladies we spoke to were very helpful and friendly (one at reception and Simona in the restaurant). Mattress was comfy.

The people were nice and so was the food . We did not have w a good nights sleep after a long journey as the walls were so thin you could hear everything…the worst we have been too

Everything was as you would expect from an upmarket hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the staff did everything they could do to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was exceptional and there was everything you copuld want from a round of toast to a completely fresh and tasty full English breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the breakfast staff and they did everything with a smile on their face.
