There was poor heat in the room AND the bath water. It was late evening after returning from dinner that we realized that the radiators were going on-off-on-off of heating the room well, but fortunately the duvets on the bed were warm enough for good sleeping. It was too late in the evening to get another room, move to it, and get it warmed up. On the bath water temperature, the next morning we found that it wouldn't get warm enough no matter how long we let it run, so we skipped our morning showers. There were some other lesser issues. In addition to these bothersome issues, there were several lesser faults. However, and otherwise, the room and bath were clean and attractive. The beds and pillows were quite good. As can happen some, I think that it was a perfect of such problems coming together in a cluster all at once on "lucky" us.

Excellent breakfast, nice sauna, comfy room, very kind staff, onsite car charger. The location is excellent for wintersport - a few steps from Zusgpitse bahn but also it is centrally located for shops and restaurants.

What a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful little town. So close to the main street, restaurants, shopping, and the theater. We had a great time just walking around enjoying the sights. We spent about 3 weeks touring Germany and this was one of our favorite stops.
