Very clean. I mean VERY clean. Everything is mint state. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice shared living room and terrace. Quiet and nice. Very friendly host. Situated not too far (approx. 7 km) from the highway, in a tiny village with a couple of gas stations nearby.

The shower was futuristic and great. Very close to getting to the Main road towards Northeim and further. Although it was a building shared with famlies, and next door with a dog, you could not hear them at all.
