Wonderful welcome from the owner despite a language barrier-lovely peaceful location.We stayed for a stopover on a long journey-so a perfect place to unwind.The pool was wonderful on a very hot day and we had it to ourselves.Nice terrace around the pool to sit out in.

Location is exquisite - super calm and quite. Breakfast also was delicious and very varied. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Overall we rate our one day stay as very good.

Breakfast was really nice and the dinner in the restaurant was also really good. The stuff speaks English so there was no communication problem neither. Everything was clean and I had a good rest.

Uwe, the host, is right up there with the best we have experienced in Europe. Waiting kerbside when we arrived to direct us to our off street parking. There was a fridge full of complimentary breakfast & fresh buns outside the door each morning. We enjoyed his deadpan humour & hospitality.
Nice 15 minute walk into the old town centre.
