It was all great, the room was cozy and nice, all was fine with it. The staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast started early enough, and I could leave my luggage in storage after checkout. I can only recommend it.

Hotel Sparta is very much Greek-inspired, which comes as no surprise when you learn that it is run by a Greek family. Rooms and hallways are beautifully decorated in Greek style. They even have small olive trees outside. The hotel appears very well-kept, and extremely clean. The kitchen serves Greek food that is fully on par with what one would expect in Greece, a country I have visited more than 30 times. Restaurant staff is very tentative. All in all, the staff appears very service minded, and they speak both English, German (of course), Greek, and probably more. If I ever return to this part of Europe, I will definitively stay here again.

Great location, free parking, friendly staff, comfy bed, and fitness center was good too. The shower was visually open to the room. This worked for us but it might not be for everyone.
