The breakfast was excellent. Focus was on healthy foods, highly recommended. Just adjust your expectations to know that this is an older, creaky hotel well worth staying in. The "pub" restaurant was especially good for lunch and dinner, also highly recommended.
Staff were great!

Location was great, the room was a good size for a family of 3 and the beds were comfortable. Our main issues with the hotel was cleanliness, there were still crumbs under the table from the previous guest and there were draining issues in the bathroom which meant that the bathroom would flood if someone was having a bath and there was a strong sewage smell. Unfortunately we didn't quite figure this out until the 3rd night of our stay. We brought this up with the hotel and received 1 night off which was nice. Other than that, the furnishings on chairs were a bit old and threadbare, one of the cabinets was missing a handle. Some water and milk in the room would have made it a bit more welcoming. We also had a kitchenette but no plates, pans or cutlery so a bit pointless. It's a shame because all the public areas were well decorated and maintained. I don't know if the hotel was worth the money paid but, we still enjoyed our visit overall.
Set in a heritage-listed 1780s building, this waterfront hotel is next to Amalienborg Royal Palace and opposite Copenhagen Opera House.

The location here can't be beat, right on the edge of the water and in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere and this was a great location to be. The hotel is modern and stylish and our room was well appointed.

When it’s warm outside there is not much airflow in the rooms. I had to switch rooms because the bathroom had a heavy sewer smell.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was great - you could easily find many shops and attractions nearby. The hotel was in a very central location and within a very walkable distance from many places, including public transport stations. The breakfast included had many options and the quality seemed good.
This ultra-modern, stylish hotel is located on an artificial island in central Copenhagen, right next to Fisketorvet Shopping Center. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, gym and sauna access.
Very nice, clean, well-equipped and spacious ground floor appartment with a small sitting area in front of the entry door. The key was "handed over" via a keysafe so it was no problem that we arrived later in the evening. We could park our car on the street for free. The public transport between Charlottenlund and Copenhagen is very good (Charlottenlund -> Noerreport Station in Copenhagen: 13 minutes ride with the metro). It took us a 10 minutes walk to get to the metro.
A cosy family run hotel. Very helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a really nice quiet location. Delicious breakfasts and dinners I can highly recommend it. Perfect for solo travellers
The hotel is home away from home for me. You just can’t beat the mix of professional yet personal staff, location, and the carefully preserved historic hotel facilities
