I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Bed & Breakfast Horsens - Udsigten from November 25 to 29. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The location is central and everything is at hand. The parking is nicely sorted out, barely 50 meters from the hotel entrance (for a town center, that is quite a feat). The hotel's salon is nice and cozy and the staff is always pleasant. In the basement, there is a very fine restaurant and one can put the bill "on the room", which is beautifully convenient. The building itself is quite ancient and nice. There is also a gym option (for free) in the nearby gym, but one has to report that to at the reception. Internet is quite good (and free). There is an elevator (so one can drag all the bagage up).
