We drove to Stege and Mons Klint from Copenhagen - an easy drive and well worth the trip. We loved the GeoCenter and the cliffs themselves. We probably could have spent a little more time there to enjoy the many trails and time on the beach. We only had a few hours; a full day would have been better, but the time we had was well-spent. In the late evening/early morning we headed to Dark Sky Nyord to catch a glimpse of the amazing Milky Way and we were not disappointed! Stege itself had lots of nice food options. We enjoyed pizza at Restaurant Pizzeria Defino and were impressed by the bustling business they were doing. It's apparently quite popular with the locals too.Guest review byBrooks

Great breakfast and coffee, and very hospitable hosts. In the dining room/cafe they have a variety of games. Especially table hockey and football were popular among younger guests. We missed that dinner was available on the spot and brought our own charcoal grill. There was a place to set it in the backyard. With the apartment being upstairs you overlook both the square and the see the water on the other direction. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious, quiet and the kitchen is totally equipped. We had a wonderful stay and were able to travel around Mons during the day.
