A warm welcome at the reception and the breakfast buffet was good. The price of the room seemed reasonable, when booking.

I’ve stayed here before and it doesn’t disappoint, it’s a lovely hotel with a great home feeling and ideally located near the harbour. There are lots of nice touches like free coffee, pub games, books to read and even a vinyl record selection - how cool. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very fresh and a reasonable selection given the size of the hotel. Nice decor throughout, very artistic!

Dreadful dirty all over and unwelcoming reception who are narcissistic, rude and make false statements and promises. Definitely not for disabled stayers no lift and pool is in basement All worn out Not equips fir international travellers. Certainly let the Jutland region down miserable way to commence a tour of Denmark. Made to feel 5hat our arrival was a nuisance. More like a one star if any star hotel

The kitchen and the waiters was not good, we couldn't get a bearnaise to a very expensive tournodos, so we ordered a wienerschnitzel instead. Looked nice, but it had no taste. Cappucino was not to be ordered, only instant, so we refused and left.
The only thing good was the bed - it was very nice - and very nice staff at the front disk.
Even we told the reception, we had no hand soap, and they "fixed" it - it didn't work. No soap at the tub either.
We had to go a long way though the hotel to the room, even I had told them I have bad knees - and a lot of stairs, even promised only one. We will never come back, it's not a 4-star hotel. Very old and and worn,
