Located on a hill (very steep roads but this is standard in Dominica) above Picard, the southern part of Portsmouth city. View is amazing on the bay. Top WIFI and good breakfast. This guest apartment is located nicely for walking to local restaurants and an easy drive to surrounding destinations. The kitchen area had a variety of utensils, if you wish to prepare a simple meal and the bed was great. Everything was neat and clean, with easy communication. Street noise was noticeable only on the weekend and fairly well mitigated when windows are closed. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
