This is a hidden gem. The hotel rooms are awesome with wide swinging doors so you can overlook the ocean from the comfort or your bed or patio. The open air restaurant has amazing views and ambiance. And the town was a pleasant surprise with cool scenery and vibe.

We spent a considerable amount of time researching places and kept going back to this one. We found it struck the best balance of having things to do, but also being able to relax. We loved the water park, we enjoyed the activities led by Manuel, Bryan, and Diomedes, found the staff to always be friendly and helpful, and loved the grounds on both the family and adults side. The beach was super clean and the staff spent a considerable effort keeping it that way. We never dealt with bugs which i found to be surprising considering the temps were in the 80's and it was still humid. The food options were plenty even for picky eaters and the bars were fun. We loved that you could rent kayaks, snorkel gear, or sail boats for free and it was essentially effortless outside of signing a waiver. There were things for my wife to do and things i could go do. We really liked this place and want to send a special thanks to Bryan, Manuel, and Diomedes who were a blast to hang around. They really made the trip that much better.
