- the place itself (garden, pool area) was clean - enough space to hang out and relax in the garden - easy and safe access through electric gate - PayPal payment possible and owner herself easy and fast in communication - warm water all the time, shower with lots of space - kitchen was good equipped and free drinking water -location a bit out of the city but in quiet friendly neighborhood (still loud as right next to a highway)

My expectations were not fulfilled. I thought it was a proper hotel, but it was a father, and a young daughter that ran the place. I never met a third person. The room is big, and tidy, but there is no running hot water, even when the tap is left running for 1/4 hour. In fact, l had to use 2 mugs to boil water in the Microwave to wash.
