For starters the hotel is in a great location, very close to a few malls and restaurants, but that’s the only good thing about it.
You have to pay for parking when in every hotel we have ever been, even in lower rated ones in Estonia we never had to pay for parking especially when the hotel has its own parking lot.
The bed sheets had a strain of long hair when we arrived, the air conditioning system didn’t work so we had to have the window open, which is fine during the day but once night sets people gather outside the hotel especially near the bus depot and drink and shout, which can be very annoying.
The hotel offers no accommodations in the room such as coffee, tea, water or even a pot to warm up water. They do offer you a small water bottle for 2 euros, which is ridiculous, when you pay such a price for a hotel.
The breakfast had lots of options but quality wise was mediocre at best, I believe the omelet wasn’t from real eggs, might have been from an egg yolk bottle.
And the worst thing was that the room’s door and walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations people are having in rooms nearby. Multiple times at night we heard people making love very passionately and loudly.
Honestly, we have been in worse hotels, but the price was addressed as such, so when you pay a higher price for a hotel you also expect higher standards and we have seen none in this hotel.
