Top location, 15 min away from Old Town and 10 min away from the port where you can take a ferry to Helsinki. The room was clean, modern and for some reason I got an upgrade when checking in, which is always welcome. Got a room on the 5th floor, bigger than the one I originally booked so it was a good experience. I never saw anyone from the staff since the check in and check out are done through a machine at the entrance but that is ok. 5 min away there is a shopping mall and a supermarket, where you can find something to eat if you arrive before 22 hrs.

Right next to the airport, 5 minutes walk. Beautiful, modern interiors. I got a room upgrade & room was spacious and nice with a beautiful view to lake. Bed was comfy with plenty pillows. Staff was polite & kind. Breakfast had small, but nice selection. Next door is big shopping mall if you fancy shopping sprea.

Very good location and friendly, polite staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel has 2 buildings, the old and the classic one. The old one is fancier. We were located in the classic one. The lift was very narrow but otherwise nothing to complain.

Basic. Soundproofing could do with some improvement. The hotel had a bit of a worn down vibe. The breakfast was extremely average. Nothing was wrong, but outside of the excellent location there was nothing to remember.

I booked this hotel specifically for its advertised rooftop bar and restaurant, only to be informed upon arrival that both were closed for the entire day—something that was never communicated to me in advance. This was incredibly frustrating, as it was the main reason I chose this hotel over others in the area. While the rooms and spa facilities were passable, they certainly didn’t live up to the 5-star rating or the price point. The real letdown, however, was the staff. Throughout my stay, they were consistently rude and lacked basic hospitality skills. It felt like guest satisfaction was the last thing on their minds. For the price charged, I expected far better. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that offer better value, better service, and a more enjoyable overall experience. I won’t be returning.
