I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a prime area, making it easy to explore the city. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the stunning view from the rooftop where you can clearly see the great pyramid . The hotel also offers a variety of sightseeing tours around the city where visitors can explore Egypt's rich history and culture. Additionally, the hotel provides professional tour guides who speak multiple languages, making it easier for guests to understand the sights better. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff for their exceptional hospitality and warm treatment during my stay. The absolute highlight of this hotel was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the pyramids right from my room! Waking up to that sight was truly special.
I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and unfortunately, previous guest in my room wasn't checked out. However, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They took me up to the terrace, offered a lovely refreshing drink, and allowed me to soak in the magnificent pyramid views while I waited. Their friendly and welcoming behaviour was much appreciated.
They also helpfully suggested that I make the most of my time by visiting the pyramids and nearby attractions instead of waiting around. They even arranged a convenient package with a guide and driver, which made exploring the area hassle-free. This was a fantastic suggestion and a great way to spend my day.
It's worth noting that the hotel is a small building with only three floors, including the ground floor, and there is no elevator. This wasn't a problem for me, but it's good to be aware of.
Despite the room's shortcomings, I must commend Walid. He was exceptionally helpful and a true gem. His kindness and assistance made a significant positive impact on my stay.
Overall, while the pyramid views and the helpfulness of the staff, especially Walid, were outstanding, the condition of the room needs significant attention.
