Any problems, questions or queries and the staff at reception were always available and helpful As I went diving every day I cannot really comment on other facilities such as entertainment etc has did not experience it but from comments from other guests was really good Hotel has a basic equipped gym, which was also used and appreciated

Felt like in heaven! Every staff here is super nice and always take care of the guest. The room is big and quite and clean. Every service gives guests a wonderful experience. There are also some shows every day, making my journey full of joy. Absolutely will come back if I return to Port Ghalib!

First impression was very nice as we came around 8AM and they offered room immediately without additional cost (including breakfast etc.). The billed cost was exactly the agreed one. Staff is in general friendly (especially restaurant part). Hotel was half full only so there was plenty room around, not sure how it looks in high season. Hotel is placed in "long" walking distance to Port Galib and Marsa Mubarak so if you like walking, you do not need any taxi to visit some places around.

Service was extremely professional, food was exceptional and the whole stay was with way higher quality standards than in the other hotels in the same region, Absolutely amazing experience and people. Also cultural guests were recognized as they did not behave drunk as in the other areas. Quite space with great facilities on the beach and in the hotel. Higly recommended!!!

Their enthusiasm created a fantastic atmosphere and made my stay even more enjoyable.
