I stayed at this hotel with my wife and daughters and my friends and their families , and it was an awful experience from start to finish ,it took a long time to check in we waited for 1.5 hours which was not reasonable at all ,I had booked and paid in advance for a family room, we were given a small, cramped room that was completely unsuitable for a family. To make things worse on the last day many of us became seriously ill with vomiting. It clearly had to do with the food
