A nice hotel, good location. Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms basic. We stayed on the 4th floor, it would have been nice to have fresh air into the room. The windows didn't open therefore the room was stuffy and had a stale smell in it. A little out dated too. 2 pools were advertised. Indoor & outdoor. Totally understandable the outdoor pool was not open due to the time of year( this was not stated) The Indoor pool is attached to the gym which incurs a fee and it's for adults only which again was not stated on the website . We choose this hotel so our 6 year old son could enjoy pool time. Disappointing for us as there is very little else for young children in Bilbao.

The hotel is very clean, and seems like it was newly and nicely renovated. The design of the public spaces and rooms are attractive in an understated way. We also chose it so we could be near the airport for a very early flight, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.

Set in Zorrozaurre island in the Bilbao Ria and overlooking the River Nervión, 1.2 mi from Guggenheim Museum and next to Frank Gehry bridge.
