The hotel is a converted dairy farmhouse, so it’s traditional and authentic, with beautiful grounds and lots of animals. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They even picked us up from town because I forgot to look at the map to notice that they are located above the town. They have nice snacks for sale.

Everything really. Very comfortable room, excellent location directly in front of the beach, lovely surroundings perfect for a sunset walk up in the mountains with stunning views or getting your running workouts done, great food & excellent gym facilities. The staff organized my transfer from and to Bilbao airport, brought me to Elgoibar where I had business meetings and looked up the nearest swimming pool where I could do my training - provided directions from the train station nearby, opening hours and entrance fee for me :). My stay could not have been better!

The staff is excellent. The accommodations great. A little dodgy getting there but really beautiful. I wish they had a better room service selection. It is not close to restaurant's. Theirs is weak and small selection. Breakfast is excellent. I would return. They aim to please.
