Patricia was the perfect host. The food was excellent, my wife required a gluten free/lactose free breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Very good communication before hand as to whether we required the evening meal on arrival. Easy drive into Santiago De Compestella and the surrounding areas.

Shuttle was very convenient for getting into Santiago. The room was large and had a good view and a bath. The breakfast was excellent and catered for all tastes.

We were just shocked by the poor attitude of the staff. Everyone seemed to hate their job, it was so miserable. One of the staff even told us he was rude to us first because he thought we were Americans and he hates Americans. It was a crazy experience. Melia you need to sort this out!

This was an amazing stay. We wanted to visit Santiago de Compostela and we were driving there so this was the perfect location to stay for the night. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were so lovely, always making us feel at home!
