We arrived in the midst of a rainstorm and were welcomed by a very caring staff trying to get us out of the rain. The heat in our room was working well and helped to dry our soaked clothing. We ate both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both meals were excellent! Very comfortable accommodations and very friendly staff.

The Eurostars Grand Hotel in Lugo is very nice, modern, clean, well organized. The staff was efficient and helpful. We did not have a tea kettle in our room, but the receptionist quickly solved this issue and the kettle was promptly delivered to us. The room was spacious and sufficiently furnished. The beds were comfortable and clean. The view from the window was good. The location of this hotel is superb - close to the ancient Roman wall, which was one of the main goals of our trip to Lugo. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty. We parked our car right at the entrance door. Elevators were very convenient for moving our luggage

This hotel was the best I had stayed in Spain. The room with a jacuzzi bathtub was superb. The hotel provided a gym room, which has a treadmill, cycling, weights, and other physical exercise equipment. I used the gym, and it was more than I expected because the exercise equipment was of superior quality. The Jacuzzi bathtub with pleasant hot water gave me energetic relaxation!

This well-located hotel is excellent value. The shower was great and the parking was almost next door. Jose and the other front desk staff were full of helpful suggestions for enjoying the best of Lagos.

I’m walking the Camino and booked a rest day in Lugo. The location was perfect! Inside the Roman wall, steps away from the cathedral, coffee and food minutes away and 2 min walk to continue on my Camino journey!
