Really friendly staff, plenty of activities. There could be a half board option, as three big meals per day is way too much. The food was really good though, better than Octopus resort, but the beach on Octopus is nicer. The small hike up the hill is very nice and the cave trip is a definite must!!

Homestay means living in a village exactly the way they live. It’s an experience of deep connection with people, nature and yourself. No comfort like air conditioning, WiFi and everything else you may expect from hotel, apartment and B&B.

The staff is very friendly. The Food is basic, for 30 Dollars per Person the Dinner is not worth it.Only one course, no salad, very simple.Breakfast and Lunch is included, it is good.
There is No 24 hours electricity, around 2 am, no electricity that means, no fan! The room is hot like a sauna, no breeze from the ocean, it is too far away from the ocean. We could not sleep. The walls are very thin, you hear everything.
The Beach is not nice, but there is another beach in 10 min.walk.
The wild dogs are a big problem, jumping on the tourists, barking, and they have fleas.
The offered trips are very good, to the blue Lagoon beach, to other Islands.Very nice!
The Lomo is very good too, it is for 50 Dollars per Person available.
You have to ask for a lock for your room, not every room has a lock.
If you want to have a short homestay, with friendly staff, it is good.

Our stay at Nabua Lodge felt like a more authentic fiji island experience compared to the resorts. The people were kind and provided a more intimate experience with other travellers by having us eat together buffet style. We enjoyed getting to know everyone and exploring Nacula island. Easy walk or kayak to visit Blue lagoon resort, can even stay for lunch with a day pass.
Nabua lodge lended us a fishing handline, we had lots of fun fishing using hermit crabs and shrimp as bait!

I liked the relaxing vibe of the place, was nice just to chill in the bure or hammock or do activities like kayaking or hiking the trail over the hills, which is a great photo opportunity overlooking other fijian islands.

Nacula Island is gorgeous.
Nacula Island is gorgeous. It has pristine white sand beaches and wonderful snorkeling right off the beaches. There is also good hiking trails to explore and get a birds eye view of the island.
There are 4 villages on the island. We visited Nasisili Village and brought Kava Root to the Chief. We were welcomed into his home and village. We also brought school supplies for the children and the Chief's daughter later distributed the supplies to the children and sent us pictures.

Nacula (pronounced na-th-ula) is an incredible place to stay. It's the last stop for accomodation on the Yasawa Flyer. It has a home reef you can snorkel at, with plentiful and diverse sea life, including an elusive turtle, and colourful and varied coral. Hiking is available and easy to get to, with trail heads and trail easy to find and follow. There are caves which you can visit and swim in a short boat ride away. The local village allows people to attend the church service at a low cost. It is a wonderful place to rest and rejuvenate.
