We loved it here. The staff were truly fabulous and the accomodation wonderful. We only had breakfast once because of our schedule but it was fine. In short, highly recommend this venue, and super handy for town.

Everything was in walking distance in the city. It would make an excellent base for seeing the D Day landing beaches which are very accessible. Also for seeing the Monument for the Battle for Normandie. We also found the Tapestry a very worth while visit.

Beautiful place with the tapestry, cathedral, art museum, D Day museum and D Day cemetery there is plenty to do. We used this as our base for a three day D Day tour which worked perfectly.
The bars are fairly expensive, the restaurants are however reasonable. If you are there on Sunday or Monday there is not much open so you will need to plan carefully for your evening meal.

We loved Bayeux because it was a big town but was easy to get around and most of what you want to see is within walking distance of the centre. Lots of parking, free if you go a short way out of the main central area.
The museums are fantastic. I'd always wanted to see the Bayeux Tapestry and was not disappointed. The D-Day museum is a very moving experience.
From Bayeux it is an easy drive up to the coast to see the D-Day landing beaches. Even without that history it's a lovely beach area but the museums and information on the Landings make it very special.

The property is an historic building, and is very beautiful with lots of antique pine and other period features. It is situated over three floors which gave us plenty of space. Very tastefully & simply decorated, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge & washing machine, it is very comfortable and provides everything you could need for a short trip. Perfect location, literally around the corner from the tapestry and the historic town centre of Bayeux. Jean-Marie’s breakfast was also perfect each morning.
The location of the apartment to the town centre was amazing. Included parking which was very useful given the location. Really comfortable furniture, with high quality furnishings. Kitchen was fully equipped. The welcome pack had lots of useful information about the area. Instructions to enter the property were clear and accurate. I was surprised how much there was to do in Bayeux and the surrounding area so a few days was not enough. A week would have been better.
Close proximity to both the main freeway, close proximity to Bayeux city centre and the actual location of the hotel in a quiet industrial park
The staff were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was good value for money
Fantastic location for a visit to Bayeux…. Very well appointed rooms, lovely staff members and an excellent breakfast made this a perfect stop along our way through Normandy.
It was an ideal location for a needs which were to visit the Normandy D D Beaches, an areas surrounding them. Plus the cathedral at Bayeux and it’s tapestry.
