The place was clean. Even though it was full it wasn't crowded. The breakfast was much better than I expected based on others' reviews. About a 7-10 minute almost direct walk from the gare. My complaint was even though there are 3 English stations, 2 didn't work and the third station, France 24 in English went in and out, often.

Hotel Primo has an excellent location. Close to everything. The walking distance from train station is 20 minutes and if you take an uber will be 11 euros.
Is close to restaurants and cafes. Had a mini market 2 minutes walking and the staff is very friendly. The room is small but ok !
Has a good sleep and was able to see all attractions.
