Hôtel du Val d'Aure has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Cadéac.

Having staged, marketed and sold real estate for 35 years, this is a prime example of owner not keeping up with maintenance and updating- loosing any competitive edge… not protecting the resource. This property has great POTENTIAL! - it sadly suffers from significant amount of “deferred maintenance” and needs updating. Landscaping is also severely neglected Someone with vision needs to DO SOMETHING! Good luck.

    Lovely setting,

    Lovely setting, but hard to find as supermarket has taken over the adjacent land and entrance to property is not clearly indicated. The property itself however, was unspoilt and supermarket very handy for buying food. Only problem we had was operating cold water in shower
