We loved being out in the countryside. It was relaxing and quiet. The home was so comfortable with a lived in feel-we felt like we were at home instead of a rental property. We, humans and dogs, also enjoyed the many walking paths and country roads. The location was a great halfway point between Mount St. Michele and the Normandy beach sites and museums. The hosts were very hospitable and even helped make reservations at a delicious restaurant in town.

Celeste was a lovely host. We had fun conversations with her at both breakfast and dinner. The food was wonderful and totally home cooked with a couple of milk products purchased at the local farm. This was a last minute reservation but it turned out to be one of our favorite B&Bs when I had forgotten to book a room on our original itinerary. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night’s rest. The country like location was quiet and peaceful. We were made to feel totally at home and we particularly liked having our meals in the French country kitchen.

The place was on remote countryside place which we adore. There were 2 funny and goofy dogs which I really liked. Amanda, the host was the best host so far, friendly, helpful and just a great person overall. We felt like we were at home there, and would definitely come again if we ever going to visit a nearby place.
