I had a wonderful stay at La Palombiere while I was walking the Chemin de Vézelay. Xavier and Michelle are fabulous hosts. The house is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious, including a freshly fried egg from one of their chickens. When I left to continue my walk they even sent me off with a bag of cherry tomatoes from their garden!

Off the road so no noise. Beautiful property and a pleasure to use the pool when it was so hot. The room is well decorated and practical. Nice bathroom too. Very nice hosts. even reserved a restaurant Indigo for us in town- recommend the restaurant.
