The entire experience was delightful. The room was very spacious and perfectly appointed with exceptional facilities for a family with young children. The parking was convenient with plenty of space. The breakfast was simple and delicious. It was also really nice to meet the resident cat in the courtyard. All around a truly exceptional stay!

Good parking right to the elevator. Woman in front desk very nice and helpful. Excelent breakfast! Beds very comfortable. Tiny bathroom with no ventilation!. Also the ventilation at the room didnt work... so we were hot but luckily we could open the window with a good weather. The w.c. stucked 2 times... so maybe its time to improve that also.

Don't get fooled by the name "Lille Gates" because it is really located next to Vieux Lille in the city center. If you want a closer place to the stations as I wanted, then choose another one. Otherwise, the place is correct, you have what you need for your stay, not more, no less. Breakfast is also ok.

Well located hotel. Very quiet despite the busy central location. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, super friendly and helpful. The hotel was good value for money when everything was taken into consideration. Certainly one we would return to if visiting Lillie again.
